    無塵凈化車間按氣流方式分類

     

    1.層流式

    層流式:層流式空氣氣流運動成一均勻之直線型,空氣由覆蓋率100%之過濾器進入室內,并由高架地板或兩側隔板回風,此型式適用于潔凈室等級需定較高之環境使用,一般其潔凈室等級為CLASS1-100。其型式可分為二種:1)水平層流式;2)垂直層流式。

    層流式

     

    水平層流式:水平式空氣自過濾器單方向吹出,由對邊墻壁之回風系統回風,塵埃隨風向排出室外,一般在下流側污染較嚴重。

     

    水平層流式

     

    垂直層流式:房間天花板完全以ULPA過濾器覆蓋,空氣由上往下吹,可得較高之潔凈度,在制程中或工作人員所產生的塵??煽焖倥懦鍪彝舛粫绊懫渌ぷ鲄^域。

     

    垂直層流式

     

    亂流式:空氣由空調箱經風管與潔凈室內之空氣過濾器(HEPA)進入潔凈室,并由潔凈室兩側隔間墻板或高架地板回風。氣流非直線型運動而呈不規則之亂流或渦流狀態。此型式適用于潔凈室等級。
